What we do
Donate Shoes and Socks to the Homeless

Homeless Soles was launched in 2015 by Evan and Aidan Suljic. Located in the heart of San Diego, Homeless Soles is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping the homeless live happier lives by providing the less fortunate with a pair of shoes or a fresh pair of warm socks. Contact us if you wish to join our team or wish to donate new or gently used shoes to the homeless.
How we do it
Shoe drives and new shoes and socks for the homeless
Homeless Soles was founded by Evan and Aidan Suljic. New shoes and socks are purchased with a portion of their profits from their company, ALL Hype, LLC. Evan also organizes bi-annual shoe drives to collect gently used shoes, all of which are donated to Father Joe's Village, a not-for-profit organization which supports the many needs of the very large homeless population in San Diego.

Since 2015, Homeless Soles has donated over 3,500 pairs of shoes, 2,500 of which were brand new sneakers and over 1500 pairs of new warm socks. Donations are presented to the homeless during the Franklin Antonio Public Lunch Program or Father Joe's Christmas Eve Dinner. Gently worn donations are delivered to Fr. Joe's or one of their participating thrift stores.
Our Story
Shoes and Socks for San Diego's Homeless
Evan and Aidan Suljic, have a passion for sports, shoes and socks. After they moved to San Diego from Chicago in 2015, they recognized the very basic need in their community to support the homeless and decided to focus on shoes and socks donations. They then co-founded Homeless Soles. Their sneaker resale company, ALL HYPE, LLC. donates funds to purchase new shoes and Evan organizes local fundraisers and bi-annual shoe drives. The shoes are distributed directly to San Diego's homeless through Fr. Joe's Village or sold at Fr. Joe's Village Thrift Stores, where the proceeds benefit the homeless.
